A full hands-on day, 08:00 to 17:00, at Moba Hotel, Kitwe, on a paid Claude Pro plan. You use your own laptop, documents and spreadsheets. Event page.
Every module runs the same way: we explain it, demo it live, then you do it yourself before we move on.
In the day you:
build a permanent AI workspace loaded with your company profile, price list and past proposals
turn a tender into a checklist, draft the proposal and finish it inside Microsoft Word
analyse your real sales spreadsheet and build a summary tab inside Excel
extract your brand voice, draft a week of content and build a company deck in PowerPoint
build a shareable business tool by describing it, such as a quotation calculator, intake form or price-list page
run Claude inside the Chrome browser, safely
create one custom Skill and one scheduled routine that keep working after the day ends
It is for owners, managers and officers who write proposals, work in spreadsheets or produce reports, and who already use AI chat. It is not for complete beginners. Bring a laptop, an active Claude Pro subscription (paid separately; the event page gives about US$20 / K560 a month) and your own files. How an engagement runs
Free 30-minute consultation. We scope the problem, the people and what success looks like.
Written proposal. You get a scoped, written proposal within three business days, issued as a branded quotation.
Kick-off and weekly check-ins. For larger engagements, once you accept we schedule kick-off and meet weekly until delivery.
Training or build. Public training is hands-on: we explain it, demo it, then you do it yourself before we move on. A custom build has deliverables and milestones agreed before any code is written, then a structured handover of documentation and runbooks.
Support afterwards. For systems we build, support can be a fixed retainer for production systems, plus ad-hoc remote IT support.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 CAT. We respond within one business day.
