2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The service has been delivered as specified in the contract or scope of work.
- The client changes their mind after the work has begun.
- Custom-built software, digital assets, licenses, or third-party tools purchased on behalf of the client.
- Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
3. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be approved if:
- Only a portion of the project was completed.
- The work delivered was not fully aligned with the agreed scope due to internal errors.
4. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your name, service/project details, reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation.
- Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days and respond with a resolution.
5. Dispute Resolution
If a resolution cannot be reached directly, both parties agree to first pursue mediation before seeking legal action. This ensures a fair and balanced outcome.
6. Changes to This Policy
B-ne Innovations Limited reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes via our website or direct communication.
