About the Role

B-ne Innovations Limited is seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Part-Time Sales Representatives for EdifyFlow, an innovative school management system designed to streamline academic administration, fee management, and communication for schools.

This role offers a flexible opportunity to build sales experience while earning based on performance.

Compensation

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, visit, and engage prospective schools within Kitwe
  • Present and demonstrate the EdifyFlow system to key decision-makers (Headteachers, Bursars, Administrators)
  • Generate, track, and manage qualified leads.
  • Conduct consistent follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
  • Maintain accurate weekly reports on sales activities and pipeline progress.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
